It doesn't look like Tony Yayo is ever going to be able to live down the alleged assault of a teenager last year.
According to the New York Daily News, the mom of a teen boy who says he was smacked around by Tony Yayo, is suing Fif, Yayo's accomplice Lawal Fletcher, and several record companies.
The 14 year-old boy says he was assaulted by Tony Yayo and his posse simply because of the shirt he was wearing.
Yayo was cleared of assault charges and child endangerment after Lawal Fletcher admitted to slapping the boy. Fletcher is currently in jail while Yayo was sentenced to 10 hours of community service for harrasment.
No word as to why 50 Cent was named in the suit as he wasn't in the country at the time of the assault.
Fif''s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said Reed is just looking for "a quick payday."
